… “If you do the things you’ve always done, you’ll achieve what you’ve already achieved” ….

In my first speech on October 27th 2011, I stressed how the company VUOTOTECNICA shows enormous potential and has everything that it takes to become a leader and a reference point in the industrial automation sector. The basis of this certainty, which I can confirm even more strongly today, are the priorities that have characterized my activities, upon which I have focused almost entirely: the sharing of the projects and the strategies with the entire organization, a new business strategy and a consequent new distribution policy and, ultimately, new methods of communication through a strong “brand policy” … I can confirm that, from October 2011 up until today, we have begun to lay down the guidelines for gradual and consistent changes in all of the areas indicated above: strategy, distribution and communication. Therefore, we’re not just talking about the usual four instruments of traditional marketing, but rather a more comprehensive approach. One that’s in line with the marketing strategies of the new millennium, namely: STRATEGY, ENGINEERING, PRODUCT, SALES, SERVICE AND MARKETING. But let’s summarize what we’re developing in a few simple concepts…

Strategies and guidelines: the customer only pays for what he/she perceives as value, and the two value generators are the product and the service; in light of this simple but fundamental truth, we have defined clear guidelines that represent the “backbone” of our new sales system. We are dedicated to developing long term relationships with our business Partners and end customers, thus ensuring credibility, experience, co-operation and innovation. This can be achieved thanks to a value chain that’s based on the distinction of Vuototecnica’s specific and specialized roles, as well as those of its distribution Partners.

Distribution policy: The implementation of this new strategy calls for a drastic change in the distribution structure. This new network is made up of a few select Partners, who are extremely loyal and are dedicated to our brand, our products and our solutions. A synergistic group of companies, specialized in the distribution of high-tech products, which are capable of offering exceptional customer service and logistics thanks to their well-structured organizations and wide-reaching networks of retailers. In short, a group of truly unique companies that serve as specific reference points within their relative areas of jurisdiction.

Product and technical training: the strong product-orientated approach that has characterized our company for over thirty years will always be charged with new ideas and with constant attention to the market’s needs… we will continue to innovate and to pioneer new concepts, in accordance with the undying “business sense” of the company’s founder, Mr. G.Bosi. And all this is complemented by a first-rate technical training program. Our new offices have been designed to provide ample spaces for classrooms, training showrooms, laboratories and test areas, where our partners and customers can develop their theoretical skills and test them through practical trials.

Visibility and Communication: the foundation that sustains the new strategic-sales program is the company’s primary focus upon the brand, as well as all of the components of the new “brand-policy”. We’re implementing the perfect blend of centralized and local activities, which will increasingly involve all of the sales points, as well as our website, with all of its related products (corporate blogs, intranets etc…). What’s more, we offer complete documentation that’s always available in five languages, as well as consistent and unified communication products and harmonized documents.

All this, and much more, will constitute the components of our daily work activities… our goal is to provide our customers with improved competitiveness, offering the peace of mind that only our first-rate support and service system can provide… We will do everything that it takes to make sure our customers no longer have to deal with automated vacuum technology problems… We look forward to seeing you at FLUID, where we’ll be happy to tell you more face-to-face.
