The 4.0 market in Italy, after a gratifying 2020, despite the critical social and health situation, shows continuous growth.

According to surveys of Osservatorio Transizione Industria 4.0, School of Management of Politecnico di Milano, in 2020 the growth was 8%, with a value of 4.1 billion.

In 2021, final growth is estimated between 12% and 15%, with a value of 4.5 billion.

The biggest boost comes from cloud manufacturing (around +30%), followed by investments in automation and the implementation of new human-machine interfaces (around +25%).

Vuototecnica is carefully following this trend and is a full part of it, investing together with industrial automation manufacturers in the search for cutting-edge solutions for vacuum gripping and the creation of vacuum. Here on the blog you can find many applications in the automation field that show this interest, in which you can get lost.

In addition, for the past few months the company focused on designing intuitive and efficient human-machine interfaces that can provide a more controlled and sustainable working environment for operators and greater operational effectiveness. From these first forays into digital, for example, new operator panels with touch screens were born.
