Those who have been following us for some time know that Vacuum Daily was created to explore industrial vacuum technology, going a step beyond the product catalogue. Applications, challenges encountered on production lines, tests, technical solutions, interesting facts, and technologies that deserve a few more lines of explanation.
Starting today, this work has more space on social media.
Vuototecnica is launching its Instagram channel and revamping its presence on LinkedIn. The look of our profiles is changing, but above all, we’re trying to make the way we share our work more recognizable and consistent.
There are going to be a Instagram channel, with a more visual and immediate style, featuring images and quick content updates. LinkedIn is evolving to allow us to explore the topics we cover here on the blog in a more conversational style, follow their developments, and create a space for discussion with designers, technicians, companies, and professionals who work every day in automation and industrial vacuum technology.
The idea is that the different channels can cross-reference one another without duplicating content. A topic might first appear briefly on social media, be explored in greater depth on Vacuum Daily, and—when videos are needed to better understand what’s happening—continue on YouTube. This way, our followers can either stop at the summary or explore further, depending on their interests and the time they have available.
Above all, we’re focused on making it easier to connect with our followers. Many of the topics we discuss stem from real-world problems encountered in plants, from questions our designers receive, or from tests conducted to find a solution suited to a particular application. Bringing these conversations to social media gives them an additional platform and, at the same time, allows us to gather feedback, concerns, and experiences from those facing similar challenges from a different perspective.
Vacuum Daily therefore continues to be the place where we take the time to explain, share stories, and delve deeper into topics. Around it, however, there are more opportunities to connect: on LinkedIn to follow topics and applications, on Instagram to get a more frequent glimpse into Vuototecnica’s day-to-day work, in the company newsletter to discover what goes on “behind the scenes,” and on YouTube when a video can explain things better than words.
